I totally forgot the name of this dish. If you look on the menu, this one is their specialty and written on top right side of the menu. This is the ramen at Ippudo, Mandarin Gallery, Singapore.
Must try! It’s very good… but you have to come 30 minutes before, the queue is crazy!!!
